Message	The TB's are angled slightly downward and the TB plates are already "flat" and grinding down the stops or adjusting the screw to make the TB plates parallel with the plenum would effectively be making them open OVER 100% and although they would be "flat" w/ the plenum, they would be less than "flat" w/ the TB's effectively decreasing airflow.
